Graveside Services were held Thursday, March 29, 2001, at 2 p.m. in Passworth Cemetery with Pastor Joel Hawkins officiating. Mrs. Cothern was born August 20, 1919, in Augusta, Georgia. She is survived by her four sisters, Maggie Callender, Augusta, Georgia, Nancy Rodgers, Augusta, Georgia, Elizabeth Murphey, Augusta, Georgia, Ella Book, Monterey, Louisiana; two brothers, Sterling Reese, Augusta, Georgia, Franklin Reese, Augusta, Georgia; numerous nieces and nephews.
