SEAGROVE

Betty Jean Auman, 62, of 129 Boyd Dr., Seagrove, died Sept. 10, 1996, at 126 Boyd Dr. (her brother's residence), Seagrove.

The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at Suggs Creek Primitive Baptist Church, conducted by Elder John Winfield, and Elder Thorton Manley. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She was a native of Randolph County and employed with Sew Special. She was formerly with Pinehurst Textiles. She attended Suggs Creek Primitive Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sisters, Mrs. Vivian Hinesley and Mrs. Mae Davis, both of Seagrove; Mrs. Virginia Phillips of Eagle Springs, Mrs. Blanche Nall of Robbins, Mrs. Lucy Maness of Carthage; brothers, Robert Auman, Treece Auman, Clarence Auman, Boyd Auman, Harvey Auman, and Franklin Auman, all of Seagrove, and R. H. Auman of Harrisburg.

The family will be at Ridge Funeral Home from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, and other times at the home of the brother, Franklin Auman, 126 Boyd Dr., Seagrove, N.C. 27341.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of Randolph Co., P.O. Box 9, Asheboro, N.C. 27203.
