Born as "Fetje", daughter of Simon Spaan & Rena Visser. Fetje changed her name to Fannie after immigrating with her parents & siblings in 1906 to the US. She married Hein "Harry" Van Mulligen on Nov 10, 1917. They lived in San Pedro and Lomita, Ca where they raised 1 daughter & 4 sons. A few years after Harry passed away in 1962, Fanny married Clarence Dood in 1964.
