Mrs. John De Groot Passed Away on Monday Morning
Mrs. H. John De Groot, who had been very low at the Hull Hospital for a couple of weeks, died Monday morning, June 13th. She had been sick a week before being taken to the hospital. She died from hemorrhages.
Mrs. DeGroot, nee Hendrika Sandbolt, was born near Orange City, forty-one years ago.
She married Mr. De Groot nineteen years ago last January. To this union six children were born: Anna, age 19 years; Johanna, age 16 year; Henrietta, age 14 years; John, age 11 year; Gertrude, age 8 years and William, age 6 years.
The burial was held Wednesday morning in the Carmel Cemetery and the funeral services were conducted at the First Reformed church of Hull, Thursday afternoon at 1:30.
The bereaved husband and children have the sincere sympathy of all in their sad bereavement.
