Mrs. Leo Kane, 69, resident of the Town of Delmar, passed away at St. Joseph's Hospital Thursday morning.
She was born Margaret Brunner Aug 19, 1903, at Boyd, WI, grew up and attended schools there. She was married to Leo Kane in 1922.
Mrs Kane is survived by eight daughters: Sister Rose, Mary Kane, Lucy (Art) Delzer, Grace (Norman) Weisner, Theresa (LaVerne) Jelvon, Katherine Kane, Martha (Neil) Richards, Josephine Kane; nine sons: John, Paul, Joseph, George, Leo Jr, Francis, Christopher, Patrick, Theodore; brother: Paul Brunner; seven sisters: Anna Erickson, Julia Neisius, Barbara Nelson, Magdalene Larson, Elizabeth Olson, Jean Johnson, Martha Finlay; 27 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1969.
