Baptized March 17, 1775 at Leiden. Casperus was registered at age 12 years as student honoris causa at Leiden. With his younger brother, Petrus Isaacus de Fremery he received upon his request, from the Provincial Representives of the People of Holland, on November 19, 1795, letters of Veniam Aetatis. On becoming of age they received the legacy bequeathed to them by the late Mr. Pieter van Dorp by his last will of February 11, 1784. Casparus did not finish his studies at the Academy and married at the age of 23 years. He remained always out of office and was the owner of the salt works in Leiden purchased by his father in 1771. Was father of seven children all baptized in the Hooglandsche Church in Leiden.
