Itialian nobility. Born at the Royal Palace in the Kingdom of Naples, Princess Maria Enrichetta Carmel was a member of the Capetian dynasty of the House of Bourbon and styled Princess of Naples and Sicily. She died at the age of five of smallpox at the Caserta Palace.
