Princess Maria Antonia of Naples and Sicily, Princess of Asturias, the youngest daughter of King Ferdinand IV of Naples and Sicily (1751-1825) and Marie Caroline of Austria (1752-1814). She was named after her mother's favorite sister, Marie Antoinette, Queen of France (1755-1793). Maria Antonia was a sweet, delicate and intelligent girl, having by the age of seventeen learned several languages.
Due to her frail health she died only 22 years of age of tuberculosis.

First wife of Ferdinand VII de Borbón, King of Spain (1784-1833), who was also her first cousin.
