William "Red Billy" Fleming (1851-1911, Memorial 70686272) was a son of Robert Jefferson "Big Jeff" Fleming and his first wife, Elizabeth "Lettie" (Mullins) Fleming.

William Jefferson "Crippled Billy" Fleming (1846-1921, Memorial 205891971) is shown on the 1850 Census (age 3) living with his parents, John Jackson "Jack" and Mary Jane (Mullins) Fleming.
