Mrs. Pauline Gardner "Polly" Caraway, age 82, of Marion, passed away Wednesday, August 25, 2004 at her residence.
Mrs. Caraway was born in Yancey County on November 24, 1921 and was a daughter of the late Bill Gardner and Dora Woody Gardner.
She was retired from Drexel Hosiery Mill in Drexel. She was a member of Chapel Hill Baptist Church.
Her husband, Seagle Caraway, preceded her in death.
Interment will be in Chapel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
