Geraldine "Jerry" Davidson, 84, of Palestine, Texas died January 27, 2000. Burial Palestine City Cemetery was under the direction of Bailey & Foster, Palestine. She was born June 14, 1915, in Kansas City, Missouri to Harve and Ellen Kellogg Wright. Mrs. Davidson was a retired school teacher from the Palestine Independent School District, where she taught for 20 years. She was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, where she was the organist for many years. Mrs. Davidson taught piano lessons in Palestine for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Nathan Davidson. Mrs. Davidson is survived by her daughter, Jeran Alexander of Richardson; sons, Paul H. Davidson of Bethany, La., and Clyde Davidson Jr. of Emporia, Kansas; brother, Ragene Wright of Salina, Kansas; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Robert Alexander, Derek Davidson, David Davidson, Scott Moore, Daren Davidson and Paul Davidson Jr.
