OBITUARY :
ELI TRENT, News is received of the death of Eli Trent, well known Wayne county citizen who passed away at his home on Hurricane Creek near Fort Gay, last week.
Mr. Trent was nearly 93 years of age and was the father of 20 children. The funeral was held at the home conducted by Rev. B. D. Bryan of Fort Gay.
Burial took place in the family burial ground near the home.
