Lillian "Edna" Henderson Edenfield was born on May 25, 1935 in Wayne County to Demus Henderson and Lula Cruse Fail. She departed this walk of life, Friday May 13, 2022 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gruver Clydous Edenfield (1927-2012) and sons, Gregory Clydous Edenfield (1965-2019) and Oswald Bryant Adams Jr. (1953-2018).
Edna is survived by her children, Mike Edenfield, Sherie Edenfield, Gary Edenfield, Tina Ingram, Andy Adams and Cindy Carver and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Edna was a very hard worker and worked at Americal for 30 years and later moved to Florida to work at Publix. Edna loved her children and grandchildren.
No formal service will be held. The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
