She was a lifelong member of Bethel Methodist Church who dearly loved the Lord and spent much of her time doing for others. Lena enjoyed crafts, going to Lunch Bunch, being a member of the Red Hat Club, visiting the mountains, and playing dominoes, bingo, and cards. She was also an excellent cook who was known for her famous chocolate cake as well as her chicken and dumplings.
A devoted mother who treasured time spent with her family, Lena was blessed with a positive attitude, a kind spirit, and the sweetest smile. She charmed many people with her special wink.
