Survivors include his wife Shirley Ellis Aiken; sons, Tod O. Aiken, Sr., Tony L. Aiken, and Gregory M. Aiken; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorene Aiken Byars; and two brothers, Paul Aiken and Donald Aiken.
