Billy Martin Mills, age 75 of Malvern, died Monday, June 8, 2020 at Arbor Oaks Healthcare and Rehab. He was born on January 24, 1945 in Little Rock to the late John W. Mills and Mary Martin Mills. Reared and receiving his education in Fordyce, Arkansas, he worked for many years for Safeway Corporation in managerial positions. Billy was the widower of the late Deana Falls Mills, to whom he was married for over 30 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

Survivors include his son, Brian Mills (Tracy) of Malvern; three granddaughters, Rebecca Leet, Sarah Leet, and Isabella Mills; a sister, Libby Anderson of Lonoke, Arkansas; two special nieces, Shannon Owens and Vannessa Ellison; and close friend, Patsy Falls of Malvern.

He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ann Leet, and by seven siblings, C. J., J. C., Jerry, Johnnie Mae, Imogene, Roy, and June.

A private memorial service will be held in the chapel of J. A. Funk Funeral Home with Brother Eric Ivy officiating.
