Lucy Roberts, 67, of Mars Hill, passed away June 5, 2016 at Mission Hospital.
Lucy was born on September 4, 1948 in Madison County to her late parents, Howard and Louise Fender Roberts. She was a banker at First Union Bank and State Employees Credit Union.
Surviving are her daughters, Sharon Tipton Moser (Jeff) and Amy Tipton Scott (Larry Dean 'Scotty'); grandchildren, Harrison and Andrew Moser, Lillian 'Lily' and Copper Scott; sister, Jane Lewis (David); brothers, Earl Roberts and Jimmy Roberts (Kathy); nieces, Rachel Lewis (Chris Hunt) and Julie Michalove (Benj); nephew, Captain Coby Roberts, US Army (Chelsea); great nieces, Hattie Mae Hunt and Emma Louise Roberts; great nephew, Roddy Michalove; dear friends, Kassie Schmeltekopf and Debbie Robinson.
The memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2016 in the Chapel of Madison Funeral Services.
