William Dallas Ball, age 89, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019.
Mr. Ball was born on February 12, 1929 in Madison County NC to the late George Henry Ball and Rhoda James Ball. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Faye Riddle Ball and eight siblings.
He was a member of Boylston Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. Mr. Ball retired from Ecusta Corp.
Survivors include four sons, Gary Ball and wife Marcia of Mills River, Dennis Ball and wife Dawn of Greer, SC, Roger Ball and wife Nancy of Arden, and Kenneth Ball and wife Candy of Taylors, SC; one sister, Jean Ball Rice of Leicester, NC; eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, February 13, 2019 in the Moody-Connolly Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
