Weaverville - Mary Linda Revis, 55, of Weaverville, died Sunday, June 15, 2003, at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte.
She was the daughter of Hazel Hensley of Mars Hill and the late Talmadge Hensley. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Taffy Hensley.
She was employed by Micro Switch and attended Warner Southern and Mars Hill Colleges. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Reynolds "Bob" Revis; two stepsons, Michael Joe and Ernest Robert Revis, both of Weaverville; three stepgrandchildren, Sydney, Shanna and Hunter Revis; five sisters, Judy and Larry Hulvey of Georgia, Terry and Les Robinson of Asheville, Becky Glenn of Marshall, Rachel and Davey Penland of Weaverville and Janie and David McKinney of Mars Hill; two brothers, Ted and Shirley Hensley of Fairview and Tim and Nana Hensley of Marion; 10 nephews; seven nieces; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. These were all very special to her.
