Survived by his wife of 66 years, Odessa Finch Duke; children Sally (Cliff) Bennett and Johnny (Vickie) Duke; nine grandchildren; five great-children; brother Bill (Elvadean)
Duke. His wishes were to be cremated.
Burial at the Rock Church Cemetery, Dickson, TN.
Mr. Duke was a hard worker who provided for his family. He worked first at the Neuhoff Packing Plant and retired from the Ford Glass Plant. During his life, he built and remodeled numerous houses. He made sure that his children received a fine education. Over his life he had many interests which included travel in which he saw most of the world. Much of his life, he helped those who were less fortunate. He now rests from his labor.
