Life's Work/Service/Interests: Lorraine was employed by US Steel Geneva Works as a secretary during World War II. Following the war, she married her sweetheart, Dwaine F. Williams, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on November 13, 1945. They built their home in Orem, Utah, where they resided and raised their family of four children. She worked for several years at Bayly Manufacturing Company in Pleasant Grove and then for Alpine School District as a school lunch worker. She was the best pie maker. Lorraine and Dwaine were married for 54 years and together, enjoyed traveling after retirement. They spent the winter months in Arizona and traveled the rest of the year to various locations with two Good Sam Clubs which they enjoyed very much. This was stopped suddenly with Dwaine's death May 20, 1999. Lorraine Hansen Williams passed from this life in December * 2014.
