DEATHS BY ACCIDENT.
We are pained to learn that Mr. Dennis Mulholland of Pocahontas county was on Monday morning, April 14th, digging a hole to roll a large boulder in that was in his way, when the hole was about six feet deep the boulder caved in the earth and fell upon Mr. Mulholland crushing him so severely that he died that night. Mr. M was about 50 years old and one of the oldest residents and best citizens of that county. He leaves a large family to mourn his untimely death.
