Funeral services were held at Trinity Christian Reformed Church at Rock Valley at 1:30 P.M, March 31 for Mrs. Edwin Kats, 36, of Rock Valley after a long illness.
Services were conducted by the Rev. James Admiraal and burial was in Valley View Cemetery at Rock Valley.
Mrs. Kats, the former Sharon Sandbulte, was born at Carmel January 8, 1939.
She was married to Mr. Kats June 30, 1969 at Carmel.
Survivors include the widower, three sons, Don, Daryl and Jerry, and four daughters, Ellen, Roberta, Connie and Sheila, all at home; five brothers, John of Edgerton, Minn., Howard and Rodney, both of Sioux Center, Duane of Steen, Minn., and Glen of Gillette, Wyo., six sisters, Mrs. August (Hermina) Ykema of Allendale, Mich., Mrs. John W. (Henrietta) Draayer of Ireton, Mrs. Calvin (Angeline) Korver of Alton, Mrs. Frank (Iola) Statema of Zeeland, Mich., Mrs. Richard (Fonda) Kooistra of Prospect Park, N.J., and Mrs. James (Laura) Westra of Rock Valley, and her mother, Mrs. William Sandbulte of Carmel.
