I work a great deal on Bulloch and Mitchell County families. When I have the time, I try to fulfill photo requests. My biggest contributions to Find A Grave are editing memorials and adding updated photos of graves, or proof of burial location. I believe in putting a photo of the grave in the most recent condition, even if it is broken or overgrown, because others will not be able to find it if they are looking for it exactly as the older photo appears if it is not in the same state any longer. I try to add as much proven information as I can to individual's memorials. I also locate and link family members so they are easier to find.

I manage many memorials that were transferred to me by others who created them. Sometimes the information listed was all they had at the time, and I have not been able to go through every memorial to verify. Please be courteous in messages, we are all (or should be) here to help one another. If you would like a family member's memorial transferred to you, please send the request as an edit in Suggest Other Corrections, listing your relationship; this way I will be able to get to the memorial easily to transfer.

I get many suggested edits and try to get to them in a timely manner. Please be patient as I verify and check all edits before approving them. Please keep in mind that just because something is written in stone does not mean it is correct. I will try to make notes of conflicting data on the memorial and will go with the name/dates/locations that have the most evidence. I will not remove any citations listed on memorials, especially for obituaries.

I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce duplicates.
