I have been using this site to work on my family tree. This site has helped me so much. I have been making some corrections and additions as I find them as well. I would love to manage and care for any and all of the following families:
On my mother's side from South Carolina, Georgia, Virginia, and nearby: Shuman, Mixson, Mixon, Crapse, Gatch, Horton, Tuten, DeLoach, Ihley, Ginn, Grimes, Ellis, Peeples, Youmans, Inman, Johnston, Smith (I know, but the ones that are related in these lines).
On my father's side from Kentucky, Ohio, and those general areas: McCormick, Byers, Stambaugh, Kitchen, Auxier, Murphy, Clay, Bays, Kilgore, Caldwell, Mullen, Justice, Slone, Prince, Harper, Brumfield, and Harden and many more. In addition, trying to solve a mystery or three for my husband and I've only got so far. His family came over on a boat more recently and settled in the Ohio and surrounding areas the fanned out. These names are: Osinski, Rensch, Schramm, Swigon, Letke, Vischer, Lockert, Leichten, Jacobi, Wojtkowiak, Cieslaczyki and Kowalczyk.
