I guess I could say I have an interest in general history. Anything historical may catch my attention for hours at a time, however it is not my primary hobby. I enjoy learning about people, places, and events, especially related to South-East Texas where I've lived my whole life. Gravestones have always been interesting to me. They give you a small glimpse into the past...who was here, who they may have been. I have Czech and German heritage hailing from the Fayette, Waller, and Anderson Counties and English from Scurry County (north Texas).
