Hello All. If you are finding yourself here, it is because as I do, you care about the generations that lived before us. You would like to honor them by remembering that they once lived and loved as we do now. I've been researching my husband's Lanier roots since 1983. When I find a concrete document in my research it is so exciting. For that reason I've become a volunteer , photographing and trying to fulfill photo requests of folks whose ancestors are in cemeteries local to me or near to areas I'm visiting. What proof can be more concrete than a headstone inscription!I'm so grateful and happy when I find a grave of an ancestor.
