Bio

I was born and raised in CA, but moved to WV 15 years ago when my husband had a job transfer. I love genealogy and began my own family research at the age of 15. When I am not researching, I enjoy spending time with my family and pet rabbit!

I specialize in setting up memorials for my family members and trying to track down where all my relatives are buried. I welcome any suggestions, additions, corrections, and photos to my memorials--please contact me! I am related to the majority of the people whose memorials I create. Generally speaking, if you are related to one of my people, I will honor a transfer request (as long as the person is not my direct ancestor) if (1) your relationship to the individual is closer than mine and (2) you promise to improve the memorial by adding more info and photos! I make some exceptions to this if I have done or will be doing a lot of work on the memorial.

I believe that memorials should belong to family members whenever possible, as family have a personal interest in honoring their relatives and are better able to complete, maintain and improve memorials with additional details and research. If I set up memorials for non-relatives, I am more than willing to have family members "adopt" them as I know my initial work will be built upon to the greater honor of the individual and benefit of others.

If I request a memorial transfer, it is only after I have established that the person is my relative. If you are not a relative yourself, please be generous in considering a transfer to a family member. Your initial work will not go uncredited or unappreciated.

If you should notice any problems or concerns with any of my memorials, please contact me so I may remedy the situation.
