PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Mr. Paul Smart, 100, husband of the late Lyla Mae Charthern Smart, entered into rest September 23, 2012. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at G. L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary Chapel with the Rev. Herman Bing officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends may call the funeral after 2 p.m. today. G. L.
