Galivants Ferry.....Lawton Johnson Jr., age 60, husband of Rhonda M. Johnson of Hwy. 1115 passed away Saturday, September 8, 2012 at Conway Medical Center surrounded by his family. Mr. Lawton was born August 5, 1952 the son of Gladys Rabon Johnson and the late Lawton Johnson Sr. Mr. Lawton enjoyed his family, friends, and life. Surviving Mr. Lawton in addition to his wife of the home, and his mother Gladys Rabon Johnson are one son, Russell Johnson of Goose Creek, two daughters, Sherry Johnson and Charlotte Smith both of Galivants Ferry, four special grandchildren, Kyle Dunn, Cole Dunn, Chase Dunn, Corbin Smith all of Galivants Ferry, and a special friend Jerome Davis of Galivants Ferry.
