On Michigan death record, it says that she was married at the time of her death and was 26 years old when she married Mr. Maylander in 1846. She was born in Germany and her parents were listed as F. Brickel as father and Steiner as mother. She died of Senility (long term) and La Grippe (short term). The information was given by Mrs. Bauer (wife of Rev. F. Bauer, pastor of Immanuel from 1883-1913) and witnessed by Mrs. Kressison of Ida, Michigan. Mrs. Maylander was listed as being a dressmaker. No husband's name was listed and it said she had no children.
