Sister Felice was born August 23, 1925 in Fort Wayne, IN, a daughter of Alfred and Cecilia Zurbuch Federspiel. Sister entered the Congregation of St. Agnes in Fond du Lac, WI from St. John's Parish in New Haven, Indiana and professed her vows on August 15, 1960.
Sister did office work in Fort Wayne, IN for 15 years before entering the religious life. After joining the Congregation of St. Agnes Sister Felice taught middle grade children for 22 years in WI, MI, OH, and IL. Sister then served on the staff of the Marian College Library in Fond du Lac from 1982 to 1996 after which she retired to perform volunteer services for the Congregation.
Survivors include her sister, Rosalie Federspiel of New Haven, IN and her brother, William Federspiel, Sr. also of New Haven, IN, a niece and nephews, and the members of the Congregation of St. Agnes with whom she lived and ministered.
Sister Felice was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Joseph Federspiel.
Services: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at St. Francis Home Chapel at 33 Everett St. in Fond du Lac. The Rev. Edward Sippel will be the celebrant and Fr. Ron Jansch, OFM CAP will concelebrate. Burial will be at 8:15 AM on Thursday, September 15, 2005 at St. Joseph Springs Cemetery in Fond du Lac.
Visitation: Visitation will be held from 1:00P.M. to 5: 45 P.M. on Wednesday, September 14, 2005 at Nazareth Court, 375 Gillett Street in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.
