My notes (from conversations a few years ago with Aunt Betty) say that she died in childbirth, and the infant born that same day died as well. Her age does match the transcription on her still legible stone; the infant is also memorialized on the same marker.
My notes show that her parents were both immigrants. I show her mother's name as Martha E. nee Jones, who then married a Jones (again)- so Martha was born a Jones then married a Mr. Jones, so this could tie back to two completely different Jones lines (probably of Wales). But Martha's tombstone clearly shows a D as her middle initial, so the E must be in error.
