Pauline "Polly" (Senosky) Kwiatkowski of Toledo, passed away on October 29, 2009.

She was born to Stefan and Julia Senosky on October 18, 1924.

She married Alex Kwiatkowski on March 10, 1941.

She was employed by General Mills for 39 years.

She was a member of the Ladies Oriental Shrine and Fraternal Order of Eagles.

Polly enjoyed her life long friendships with General Mills Birthday Club.

She volunteered for the Perrysburg Township food bank.

Polly enjoyed bowling and playing the organ.

Polly was preceded in death by her husband, Alex and son, Dennis.

She is survived by son, Richard (Carol) Kwiatkowski; grandchildren, Kimberly, Jay and Chad; great-grandchildren, Andrew, Alyssa, Jacob, Michael, Maria and Austin, and brother, Mike Senosky.

Respecting Pauline's wishes, there will be no visitation with body donation to UTMC.

The family request memorials to Hospice of Northwest Ohio, 30,000 E. River Rd., Perrysburg, OH 43551.
