This Robert Todd born 1806 was the father immigrant, a potato farmer of Ballymorran, County Down, Northern Ireland, but he may have later grown corn or tobacco in the rich soils of Oxford, Butler County, Ohio. He died at age 93, as per his obit published in Butler County Democrat, Thurs. March 9 1899, pg __, Column 2 [I think I pulled the microfilm at _____, Miami Univ Lib. in Oxford, OH]. Recall that they often rounded up a decedent's age back in those days, so age 92+.
