DEDHAM--Mrs. Herman Kasperbauer, 63, Dedham, died about 5 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, at St. Anthony Hospital after a five-month illness. She had been hospitalized since Aug. 12.
Requiem mass will be read at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Church in Dedham by the Rec. Henry Meyer, with interment in the parish cemetery.
Friends may call at the Sharp Funeral Home in Carroll after 7 p.m. Monday. The rosary will be recited Monday at 8 and 8:30 p.m., and Tuesday at 3, 8 and 8:30 p.m.
Mrs. Kasperbauer, the former Barbara Irlmeier, was a daughter of Lorenz and Barbara Irlmeier. She was born July 21, 1899, at Dedham. In August 1923, she married Herman Kasperbauer. The wedding took place at Sacred Heart Church, Templeton, with the Rev. Fr. Schulte officiating. Following their marriage, Mr. and Mrs. Kasperbauer moved to a farm one-fourth mile north and one-half mile east of Dedham, where they remained until retiring and moving into Dedham in 1954.
She was a member of St. Joseph Church, the Rosary Sodality and St. Joseph Guild.
Mrs. Kasperbauer is survived by her husband; two sons, Herman Kasperbauer Jr., and Lawrence Kasperbauer; 12 grandchildren; and the following brothers and sisters: Lawrence, John and Mary Irlmeier and Mrs. Joe Danner, all of Dedham.
