She was a past president and office holder in the Teuta Society of St. George Church, as well as past president and office holder of the Orthodox Women's Council of Bridgeport. She received special recognition along with her husband by the Metropolitan Theodosius of the Orthodox Church of North America for their dedicated services to the hospitalized and shut-ins of St. George Albanian Church. This special certificate of recognition "Gramotta" was humbly received by both her and her husband. A retired sales clerk for D.M. Reads, she had worked there for more than 15 years.
Survivors include her son and daughter, Stephen Csordas and his wife, Cynthia, of Newtown, and Sharon Buzi and her husband, Gregory, of Monroe; four grandchildren, Gregory, Daniel and Christopher Buzi and David Csordas.
