Nell Cooper Dennis, 85 of Wickliffe passed away at 10:25 p.m. Thursday at her home.
Mrs. Dennis was a member of North Ballard Missionary Baptist Church and worked for the Deena Lamp Factory.
She is survived by two daughters, Myra Jane Dennis Schmidt of Hickory, and Sandra Mechelle Dennis Pitman of West Paducah; two sons John Curtis Dennis of Wickliffe, and Marshall Ray Dennis of Wickliffe; three sisters Erna Rae Jett of Kevil, Ella Jo Moss of Reidland, and Letha Mae Scott of Kevil; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Mrs. Dennis was preceded in death by her husband William Curtis Dennis; one son Jerry Ray Dennis; her parents Raymond and Violet Elliott Cooper; one sister; and one grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe with Rev. Jerry Asberry officiating. Burial will follow in the Wickliffe City Cemetery. Visitation will be held after 11:00 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
