AYNOR - Freeman Worth Lee, 72, of Horry Road died Tuesday, May 11, 1999, at Conway Hospital.
He was born Jan 21, 1927, in Horry County, a son of the late Andrew and Hattye Cook Lee.
He was a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Salem Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Hucks Lee; four sons, Roger M. Lee, Phillip Andrew ''Andy'' Lee, and David Worth Lee, all of Aynor, and Boyd C. Holt of Conway; three grandchildren, Amy Lee, Jamie Lee and Casey Johnson; a brother, Maxwell Lee of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; and three sisters, Celia Hopkins of Conway, Verdie Harold of Valrico, Fla., and Doris Bagwell of Conway.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Salem Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
