Albanese, Edward Went home to be with the Lord at his home in Redlands on September 16, 2011. Edward was born in Maspeth, New York on June 27, 1927. He served in the U.S. Air Corps from 1945-1947. After marrying Elsie in 1953, they moved to Seaford, Long Island, New York making that their home for 28 years. After retiring from Dellwood Dairy in 1981 they relocated to Redlands, California. In 1984 he began working for Yucaipa Bus Service retiring in June 2002. Family was very important to Edward and he loved spending time with them. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Elsie Albanese; children: Chris Morris (late Howard) and Elsie Albanese-Alhorn (Michael); one beloved grandson, Christian Edward Morris; nephew, Thomas Condiano(Tia). Viewing will be Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Montecito Mortuary, 3520 East Washington, Colton, CA 92324. Church service will be Thursday, September 22, 2011 11 AM at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1505 Ford St, Redlands, CA 92373. Entombment to follow at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Cemetery, 24145 Barton Rd, Loma Linda, CA 92354.
