Daughter of the late Lawrence Manning and Lena Turner Jennings. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Louie Welborn in 1994.
Mrs. Welborn was a homemaker and a member of Earle Street Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son, Robert L. Welborn, III of Jackson, MS; a daughter and son-in-law, Ann and David H. Antley of Columbia, SC; and two grandchildren, Leigh Ann and David Robert Antley.
Two sisters have since deceased; Evelyn Whitmire of Columbia (2010), and Beverly Bybee of Virginia (2005).
