Virginia Baxter Tidwell
[Mrs. Virginia Baxter Tidwell, 57, Lewisburg, Tenn., died Tuesday, July 11, 1989, at her residence. #Memorial services were held Sunday at Lewisburg West Commerce Baptist Church. #Mrs. Tidwell was a Giles County native and the daughter of the late John Baxter. She was married to the late Selvin (Tap) Tidwell. #Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Mary Brewer Baxter, Lewisburg; one daughter, Mrs. Cathy Johns, Chapel Hill; three sons, Selvin and Jeff Tidwell, both of Lewisburg and Barry Tidwell, Tallahassee, Fla.; eight sisters, Mrs Vi Welch, Winter Haven, Fla.; Mrs. Ruth Tidwell, Mrs. Jo Mize, Mrs. Barbara Foster, Mrs. Marie Senterfeit and Mrs. Jean DeBlasi, all of Pulaski; Mrs. Joyce Clifton and Mrs. Janie Lawson, both of Lewisburg; and eight grandchildren.]
