GEORGE EBINGER of 925 Westcott St. died yesterday at his home after a long illness. He was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Mr. Ebinger was a native of Syracuse and had been a machinist for Lipe Rollway Corp. until his retirement 11 years ago. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Emily H. Ebinger; a son, Chilton G.; several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Welter Funeral Home, the Rev. H. L. Hutton officiating. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home.
