NEWMARKET - Mrs. Stella Polchlopek, 86, 8 Forest St. was pronounced dead on arrival at Exeter Hospital last Friday afternoon July 15, 1983, after a sudden illness.

Mrs. Polchlopek was born in Warsaw, Poland, , on January 8, 1897, the daughter of Matthew and Lydia (Herman) Zmiejewski and had lived in Newmarket for the past 65 years.

She was the widow of Walter Polchlopek.
She was a member of St. Mary Church and the Polish Women's Club of Newmarket

Family members include two daughters, Miss Adeline Polchlopek of Newmarket and Waltina Gilbert of Hudson; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and one brother and one sister living in Poland.
She was the mother of the late Edward Polchlopek, he predeceased her.

A Mass of Christian Burial Will be celebreted Monday at 10 p.m. in St. Mary Church in Newmarket, followed by burial in Calvary Cemetery, Newmarket. The Brisson and Kent Funeral Home, 41 Exeter St., Newmarket, handled arrangements.
Friends and relatives are invited to call Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brisson and Kent Funeral Home, 41 Exeter St. in Newmarket.
Flowers are acceptable, or if friends should desire, memorials in her memory may be made to the Newmarket Ambulance Corps.
