Layton – Leslie "Claire" Rogerson Kelley died July 27, 2011 at McKay-Dee Hospital. She was born January 25, 1962 in Ogden, the daughter of Charles (Bud) and Delpha Linda Watson Rogerson. She graduated from Bonneville High School with honors. Claire married Todd J. Kelley March 17, 1984.
Claire was a member of the LDS Church where she served as a Primary teacher, Visiting teacher and supervisor and was involved in Relief Society Activities. She loved everyone and was willing to help others when needed. She loved spending time with her family at Bear Lake and fishing.
She is survived by her husband, Todd; son Mike Brodie Kelley; daughter, Kiri Lynn Burns; mother Linda; 5 grandchildren, Don, Wesley, Kelcie, Brodie, Hailey and 2 sisters, Christina Quick and Cara Ross.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles (Bud) Rogerson.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 2, 2011, at the Falcon Ridge Ward, 1360 E. Cherry Lane, Layton. Friends may call on Monday, August 1st from 6 to 8 p.m. at Myers Ogden Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd. and 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service.
Interment, Layton Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank Bishop Vernon and the Falcon Ridge Ward members and special love and appreciation to her mother, Linda.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to help with funeral expenses.
