Professional Football Player and Coach. He was both a player and coach for the University of Nebraska team and coached and played for the Canton team and the Chicago Bears. Also coached the Canton Bulldogs in 1920 as Pre-NFL, Decatur Staleys in 1920, Chicago Staleys in 1921, Canton Bulldogs in 1924 as NFL, Cleveland Bulldogs in 1924, Frankford Yellow Jackets from 1925 to 1926, and Chicago Cardinals from 1927 to 1928. He had a six year coaching record of 56-14-5 for a .780 percentage.
