HOT SPRINGS – Helen B. Price, 90, of Spring Creek, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at her home.
Mrs. Price was born December 22, 1921 in Madison County where she lived all her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, Landon and Bertha Stamey Balding; her first husband, Charles H. Allen; her second husband, Hardy Price; step-son, Arthur Price and step-grandson, Justin Price.
Surviving are her daughter, Linda Allen Reeves and her husband, Clifford, of Leicester; son, Ray Allen, of Asheville; step-son, Randy Price and his wife Pam of Spring Creek; daughter-in-law, Elaine Price of Leicester; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Lucille Price, of Spring Creek.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 30, 2012 at Flats of Spring Creek Baptist Church with the Reverends Jimmy Moore and David Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Flats of Spring Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday at Madison Funeral Home.
