These are the Bartrams that owned the property next to the Highlands Sr Service and Community Center in Clearlake, sorta behind Safeway, near the movie theater. A tiny subdivision of nicer homes on small streets named Bartram Way and Sylvia Court in the Burns Valley walnut orchards.
