The Surname appears in US Census records after 1850 as "Andrew", but became more-commonly spelled as "Andrews". This has been a source of confusion in research because there was a family named ANDREW in the same, or nearby counties in Pennsylvania, but their descendants kept that spelling.
Martha was one of 8 children who emigrated with their parents from England to Pennsylvania in 1858. Some of the siblings, such as Martha, were "Adults", so found their own residences in the same county by 1860.
Martha's parents had 6 additional children, according to the 1900 US Federal Census. 7 of the 14, however, had deceased by 1900.
Martha was married twice, 1st to Levi Baker, between 1860 and 1861 (she was living in a boarding house at the time of the 1860 US Federal Census, so got married sometime after that). Levi Baker died in 1888. Martha then married a 2nd time, to Harmon Kattell.
Martha reached the age of 90, before she passed away. Martha was a resident of Endicott, NY at the time of her passing. She passed away at Wilson Memorial Hospital in Johnson City, NY.
Martha was buried with her 1st husband, Levi Baker, rather than with her 2nd husband, Harmon Kattell. A "temporary" marker was put on the grave site, with the Last Name of "Baker". The "temporary" marker is still there, having never been replaced by a headstone.
