Samantha Redmond Watkins, 31, of Yulee, Fla., and formerly of Moultrie, died Friday, Feb. 18, 2011, at her home.
Graveside rites will be 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 25, at Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Billy Wilkes Jr. officiating.
Born Dec. 18, 1979, in Moultrie, she was the daughter of Judy Wilkes Alderman and the late Larry Redmond. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Donya Jones; a nephew, Seth Jones; and her grandparents, Bill Redmond and Mr. and Mrs. Raiford Wilkes.
Survivors include her mother and step-father, Judy Wilkes Alderman and Jake Alderman of Yulee, Fla.; one son, Nolan Watkins of Dothan, Ala.; one daughter, Era Cooper of Apalachicola, Fla.; her grandmother, Edna Redmond of Moultrie; one brother, Chris Wisham of Denver, N.C.; one sister, Logan Redmond of New Port Richie, Fla.; one half-brother, John Redmond of Dunnellon, Fla. and one half-sister, Marty Hutto of Tallahassee, Fla.
